When adding comparables to presentations, Top Connector users have the option of either defining comparables manually, one at a time, or importing comparable listings from their MLS database. The MLS Search screen enables users to define the search criteria they want to use to search their MLS database. The connectivity settings for your Top Connector MLS connections can either be within the MLS Search screen every time you use it, or in the 3rd Party Setup tab in the Settings area.
Note: Since most MLS databases enforce limits on the number of listings that they will return to a 3rd-party search tool (such as Top Connector) it is recommended that you run a separate search for each listing status that you want to include in your presentation.
