From the Social Media Setup tab you can set up 8i to interact with your social media accounts . You can also set the number of posts/tweets that appear when viewing a contact's social media activity.
Once set up, stay connected with your contacts by viewing their profile, interests, posts and tweets from within 8i. In addition, you can also post your own updates and listings, and include links to your social media accounts in your email signature that, when clicked, will load your profile or business page.
