  4. Select a Source and Sub Source so when the lead is added to Top Producer, you know which website it came from.

Tip: Create a unique source for each website you own, and a unique sub source for each form you place on a website. For instance, the source could be www.myagentwebsite.com, and the sub source could be Featured Listings Page.

  5. In the Agent Info & Photos section, specify where your photo will appear on the form. The default photo in My Accountwill be used, but you can upload a different photo by clicking Update Photos in My Account.
  6. In the Colors & Font Styles section, choose No if you want to customize the colors and fonts yourself. Click the Select Color buttons to select from a color palette.

Tip: If you would like to select form colors that exactly match your website colors, enter the appropriate Color Value HEX Code into the field (for example FF0000 is Red). If you are not sure of your color codes, contact your website administrator.

  7. Click Add Web Lead Form to save the form.

Adding a Web Lead Form to Your Website

Web Lead Forms can be added to a third-party website using two methods:

  • Add a link to the form on your website: When a website visitor clicks the link, the form will open in a new page.
  • Add the form on the web page: The form will be displayed within the web page and a website visitor can complete the form and submit their information from within your website.

To add the form as a link:

  1. Go to Contacts > Web Lead Forms.
  2. Adjacent to the desired form, click Preview preview-icon to open the form in your browser.
  3. Highlight the URL in the browser address bar and copy it (right-click > Copy).
  4. When editing your website, paste the URL into the web page at the desired location and create a hyperlink using the website editor.

To add the form on the web page:

  1. Go to Contacts > Web Lead Forms.
  2. Adjacent to the desired form, click Generate Source Code source-code-icon.
  3. Select the desired source code format (.ASP or .CPP) and click Generate Source Code.
  4. When the download prompt appears, save the file to your computer.
  5. The source code can be inserted into your website at the desired location.

Note: Every website is managed and configured differently. Top Producer does not provide support for editing third-party websites. If you are not sure how to add a hyperlink, which source code type to select or how add it to a web page, contact your website administrator.
