There is a current issue with the Chrome browser autopopulating saved usernames into non-username related fields. This can result in unexpected behavior, for example inaccurate search results due to the username having populated into the email field.
If you are experiencing this issue please follow these steps.
- Open Chrome.

Click the Customize and control Google Chrome icon
in the top right, then Settings.

In the Saved Passwords section, locate topproducer8i.com.
TIP: If you have a long list of saved passwords, type topproducer in the Search passwords field at the top of the page to filter the list.

Click the three dots icon
to the right of topproducer8i.com then click Remove.
That’s it! Your username now no longer populate into unrelated fields.
Log in to Top Producer CRM.
