The following table defines the full range of contact reports available in Top Producer, a description of each report, and the locations from which the report can be produced.

| Sales Pipeline Status Report | Sales Pipeline (accessible via the Home screen and Contacts > Sales Pipeline). |
A report that displays where all of your leads came from (Source), and the number of leads that are assigned each pipeline status (New, Engage, Active, Future or Closed). It also shows your conversion rate (% Converted), which is based on the percentage that you’ve assigned the Closed status. |

A report which displays the name, address, and primary contact information for every selected contact. |

A detailed contact report containing the primary address and details, contact type and status, contact numbers and any notes. In addition, present/future home information and property statistics are included. It does not include information about investment or other properties (which can be generated as a separate report). |
