To reset your Top Producer® CRM password, follow these steps:
- Go to https://crm.topproducer.com. If logged in, click Sign Out in the top right.

Click Forgot Password? on the login screen.
- Enter your username and click Send Password Link.
- A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address.
- Click RESET PASSWORD in the password reset email.
- Set your new password as prompted and click Reset Password.
Note: This process will reset both your Top Producer® X CRM and Top Producer® 8i passwords.
