Managing Existing Presentations

The Presentations summary screen gives you access to all of the presentations that you have created for your contacts.

Note: This screen deals with presentations that you have created for clients and prospects. If you want to work with the presentation templates and not the individual pages in a created presentation, you need to go to the Presentation Library.

Presentations are managed in a number of different ways. You cannot change the generated community or school data in the Community Reports or change the template after you have created a presentation. You can, however, add or remove comparables (manually or from your MLS) for your CMA/Buyer/Home Market Report presentations, edit the contents of a page, rearrange, add or remove pages, and republish or resend it as many times as you like.

It is recommended that you delete presentations for which you no longer have any use. The presentation will still be available in the contact history of every contact you sent it to (as a completed email activity). Keeping your presentation's summary and published materials as small as possible will optimize your system's performance.
