Editing Individual Pages of a Presentation Template

The default, system templates that come with every Top Producer 8i account cannot be deleted or modified in any way. You can, however, make personal copies of any template, default or otherwise, and modify them using the built in Top Producer Editor.

To edit individual pages within a template:

1. Open the View Presentation (for existing presentations) or the Edit Personal Copy (for presentation templates) screen. How?

   The View Presentation screen:

   1. From the Main Menu bar, go to Marketing > Presentations.

   2. Click the presentation you want to view.

   3. Click the View Presentation link.

   The Edit Personal Copy screen:

   1. From the Main Menu bar, click the Marketing icon.

   2. Click the Presentation Library link in the My Presentations portlet.

   3. Select a personal category from the Show Category drop-down list.

   4. Hover your mouse over the template, and then click the Edit Pages link.

2. Click the Edit Page action link.

   If you are viewing a multi-page presentation template, select the page you want to edit from the drop-down list of pages prior to clicking the Edit link.

3. The full set of Top Producer Editor functions are now available, which enable you to:

   • Edit the aspects within the presentation/flyer using the toolbar functions.

   • Click the Insert Merge Code link to display the Insert Merge Code in-line and merge a piece of information into the page.

   Note: If inserting the MLS Disclaimer merge code, a disclaimer only appears if your MLS has provided one and your presentation contains comparables that you imported from your MLS. Otherwise, nothing appears where this merge code is inserted.

4. Click the Save Page button when your changes are complete.
