Warning: The Filter Email functions according to the linked contact information, NOT according to the Sender information or any of the information contained in the email messages themselves. Messages that are not linked to a contact will not appear at all when the email list is filtered.
You can filter the messages visible in any folder of the Inbox screen to display the ones linked to particular contact records.
Important: The Inbox email application is only active if you have set up either your @topproducer.com account or another external email account in your Email Setup tab. If you have not done so, or if you have set up either an external email application or the Outlook Connector application, then the Inbox email application is not relevant to you.
To filter the visible messages in a folder:
Select the folder you want to search.
Click the More Options link in the top right.
Use one or more of the fields to specify the contact who's emails you want to find, and then click the Show Emails button.
The messages with linked contacts matching all of the search criteria are displayed in the list below.
