You can preview or modify your email stationery once the initial setup is complete. Any modifications you make to the default stationery will affect all email types you set to include stationery. Alternatively, modifying the stationery while composing an email only affects the email you are currently working on.
Previewing your stationery
To
preview the default stationery:
Open the Stationery
tab. How?
From
the [User name]
menu in the top right, select Settings.
Example:
Click the Email tab.
Click the Stationery subtab.
Click the View & Edit Stationery link at the bottom of the screen.
A preview of your stationery with sample text appears.
Click Close in the bottom right when finished previewing your stationery.
To
preview stationery while composing an email:
Mass Email: If you are composing a mass email message, click the View Emails button to preview the email.
Email Message: If you are composing an email message, your stationery and message contents are displayed in the message body.
Email Activity (including plans): If you are scheduling or editing an email activity, click View Emails at the bottom of the screen to preview the email.
Modifying your stationery
To
modify the default stationery:
Changes you make to default stationery will be included in all outgoing email types you selected during setup.
Open the Stationery
tab. How?
From
the [User name]

Click the Email tab.
Click the Stationery subtab.
Click the View & Edit Stationery link at the bottom of the screen.
A preview of your stationery with sample text appears.
Click the Edit Stationery in Editor button.
Your stationery appears in edit mode.
You can:
Modify stationery text and use the toolbar commands to format your stationery.
Insert merge codes and marketing links into your stationery.
Note: Do not remove the System.template merge code as this is the code that will merge in your email body content.
Add images to the top or bottom of your stationery, or modify existing photo properties. For more information, see step 2 in the "To insert a picture file" section in the "Adding a Picture to an Email Message" topic.
Modify the
image dimensions if your agent picture or company logo appear
distorted when viewing your stationery. More

Right-click on the agent photo or logo merge code, and then left-click on Image.
In the Dimension section, modify the image's width and height, and then click OK.
When finished, click Save Stationery.
Your modified stationery will appear on the email types you selected during setup.
To
modify stationery while composing an email:
Modifying the stationery for the email you are currently composing will only affect the current email. Your default stationery will not be affected.
If you are:
Composing an email message, proceed to step 2.
Composing a mass email, click the View Emails button to preview the email.
Scheduling or modifying an email activity, click View Emails at the bottom of the screen to preview the email.
You can:
Modify stationery text and use the toolbar commands to format your stationery.
Insert merge codes and marketing links into your stationery.

Once finished, you can:
Send the email by clicking Send (for mass email and email activities) or Send Email (for an email message).
Save the message and close the current screen by clicking Save & Close (for mass email and email activities) or Save Draft & Close (for an email message).
