Property information can be edited from the Property Record screen, accessible from the Properties tab of the Contact Record.
To edit a property:
Open the Property Record
screen. How?
Tip: You can view multiple properties by selecting the check
boxes beside the properties you want to view from the Properties
tab, and then clicking the Mass
Open link. Click the <Prev
and Next> links at the
bottom of the screen to view the selected properties.
The property record breaks the information concerning a single property into a set of ordered tabs, each of which can be viewed and edited. Click any of the links below to view the fields and functions available from each:
A few of the more common edits are:
changing address information from the Property Address subtab
entering detailed information about the property from the Property Details subtab
adding contact information for property tenants from the Property Tenants subtab
working with photos from the Photos tab
To edit a property's address or details:
Click the tab containing the information you want to change and then click within any field on the screen.
The screen reloads in Edit mode.
Make your edits and click the tab's Save button or press the Enter key on your keyboard.

Tip: You must save any changes before switching tabs or leaving
the current screen for any reason. Any unsaved changes will be lost.
