The Add/Edit Agent Form

The Add/Edit Agent form allows you to define or edit the settings for agents in your team/broker account. Licensing must already be in place for agents before they can be added.

From the Team Members Tab, click the Agents subtab and then click either click on an existing agent's row or click the Add Agent link.

Name Details and Login Information

Name

Enter the name and then click the Name Details link to display the name breakout in editable form, or simply type the name and click the Tab key to display Top Producer 8i's automatic parsing of it.

Username

If you are a shared assistant on a broker account, all of the available agent accounts will appear in a drop-down list.

Password, Confirm Password

Agents can change their passwords after their first login.

Assign Add-on Product Licenses

 

A line item for every available license will appear here. The licenses must be purchased before they will be available from this screen.

Assign MLS Access to this User

 

Click the Edit Selections link to display a list of the available MLS databases. Access must be arranged via Top Connector licenses before the MLS databases will appear.

Data Export and Deletion Security Settings

Allow this agent to export data from Top Producer 8i

Will allow the agent to export contact information (including all associated properties), listings, closings, referrals and leads.

Allow this agent to delete data from Top Producer 8i

Will allow the agent to delete contact information (including all associated properties), listings, closings, referrals and leads.

The agent will be able to delete activities regardless of this setting.
