Suspending Agent Accounts

If you are the account owner of a team or partnership, you can suspend a team member's access to Top Producer 8i. This will prevent the member from accessing the application, but it will not delete their account.

To suspend an agent:

1. Open the Team Members tab. How?

   1. From the [User name] menu in the top right, select My Account. Example:

      

   2. Select the Team Members tab.

2. Click on the agent's name in the Agents table.

3. From the Add/Edit Agent form, select the Suspend this Agent check box in the Name Details and Login Information section.

4. Confirm the suspension in the Suspend Agent in-line.

5. Click the Save Agent Info button.
