Your access to "group" functionality depends on your licensing and is controlled via the Team Members tab of the My Account area.
Using the team or partnership version of Top Producer 8i, you can create accounts for your partner or team members so their involvement can be tracked and activities and leads can be assigned to them. You can add logos and your team name, so this information can later be merged into outgoing correspondence. If you are the account owner of a team or partnership, you can administer and manage the agents of your team or partnership account.
If your subscription contains assistant licenses, you must create your assistant's account, including their login and contact information, which can later be inserted into certain types of correspondence. You can control access to certain features, or give them full access to your database so they can carry out their daily administrative tasks.
