Deleting a Closing

When you delete a closing, you are deleting the closing-specific information (closing date, selling price, etc.), but you are not deleting the property record, buyer and seller contact information (if they are already saved as contacts in your database), property photos, etc. A closing can be deleted only from the Closing Record.

To delete a closing:

1. Open the Closing Record. How?

   1. From the Main Menu bar, go to Listings > Closings Summary.

   2. Click the closing's row to open the closing record.

2. In the bottom right of the screen, click the Delete Closing action link.

3. Click Yes to confirm deletion.

   The closing is deleted.
