Defining your Profile Information

The My Info tab allows you to define your identity within the Top Producer 8i system. The information you provide here will be used in emails, presentation templates, letters, etc. in the form of merge codes which you can insert from either the Word Processor or the Email application. The exact set of fields available in the My Info screen differs according to your license type: agent or assistant.

To define or edit your profile information:

1. Open the My Info tab. How?

   1. From the [User name] menu in the top right, select My Account. Example:

      

   2. Click the My Info tab.

2. Click the Edit My Info action link.

3. Fill out the fields that you want to be able to include in outgoing communications:

   • The fields available for agents.

   • The fields available for assistants.

4. Click the Save My Info button when your changes or additions are complete.
