The final action you should take to wrap up the deal is to assign an after-sale action plan to promote regular follow-up communication with your contacts.
- Open a contact record and go to the Activities tab.
- Click the Select Action Plan link and choose an appropriate action plan, such as the “10-Year after sale prospecting plan (email)” for a buyer, or the “Buyer action plan (email)” for the seller.
- Click the Save button to apply the plan to the contact.
- The action plan activities display on the Activities tab and your Today’s Business.
