Managing Your Listings in Top Producer® Websites

The Listings Manager allows you to add, remove, import, edit, and configure settings for your listings. The listings added to the Listings Manager can be displayed on a Listings Page on your site.

To access the Listings Manager, click Listings in the main menu of the Website Control Panel.

The Listings Manager consists of two sections: a list of listings currently added to your site and Listing Settings.

This area displays a list of the listings you’ve added to your Top Producer Website. To manually add a new listing, click the Add Listings button. Click the Import Listings button to import a listing from Top Producer CRM.

Click Edit on a listing to edit the details, click Manage Photos to add/remove photos, or click the Delete button to delete the listing.

Listing Settings

The settings in this section will apply to all listings on your site.

Here you can choose whether or not you want the address to show on your listings.

Once finished making changes to the settings on this page, click the Save Listings Settings button to save.

Log in to manage your listings.
