Top Producer CRM supports Information Now (800 Service) and Arch Powerline, the IVR services that deliver leads into Top Producer. These systems are designed to provide prospective buyers with a recorded message about specific listed properties that the agent is marketing while at the same time capturing the caller’s contact information and delivering it to the agent. When you complete the below setup, the lead information will be automatically added as a new lead in Top Producer CRM.
Setting your Top Producer account to receive leads from Information Now (800 Service)Note: You must subscribe to Top Producer CRM and have an Information Now (800 Service) account to receive leads into Top Producer CRM.
- Log in to your Top Producer CRM account.
- Click on Settings under the Account menu in the top right corner of Top Producer CRM.
- Click the Contacts tab.
- Click the My Leads subtab.
- Click the Add Lead Provider link.
- From the Lead Provider Name drop-down list, select 800 Service.
- Enter https://www.AutomaticLeads.com/tp/99262a68ea814b23ba80832b1ab16949/login.asp in the URL field.
- Enter the Username and Password provided by Information Now (800 Service) in the appropriate fields.

Click the Add Lead Provider button at the bottom.
Note: You must subscribe to Top Producer and have an Arch Powerline account to receive leads into Top Producer CRM.
- Log in to your Top Producer CRM account.
- Click on Settings under the Account menu in the top right corner of Top Producer CRM.
- Click on the Contacts tab.
- Click My Leads subtab.
- Click on the Add Lead Provider link.
- From the Lead Provider Name drop-down list, select Arch Powerline. The URL field is automatically populated.

Enter the Username (Powerline Mailbox Number) and Password (Powerline Password) provided by Arch Powerline in the appropriate fields.
Note for Shared/Corporate Account Users: When registering through the Top Producer website on a Corporate/Shared account, you must use your 10 digit (80010XXXXX) mailbox number. Top Producer will not properly register your mailbox if you use the toll free number. If you do not know your mailbox number, please contact Arch Powerline Customer Service.

Click the Add Lead Provider button at the bottom.
After completing the above steps, Top Producer CRM displays confirmation that the setup has been completed successfully, displaying Arch Powerline or 800service as a lead provider with an Active status (indicated by a green icon). If there is an issue validating the information you’ve entered, the below error will be displayed.
