Regardless of where your leads come from, you’d like to see them all in Top Producer CRM, right? Now you can direct leads from over 80 sources, such as Zillow or Trulia, to your Top Producer CRM account. Read on to see how it works (and how little you have to do).
NOTE: If you’re already receiving leads from your lead providers, there’s no need to set this up. Doing so will give you duplicate leads. You only need to set this up for providers you previously couldn’t set up (for example, Zillow or Trulia) and all new lead providers moving forward.
Supported lead providers and determining which setup method to use
Depending on the provider, the setup process varies. We recommend you review this list to see if you should use the lead notification email address (outlined below), or use another method.
If your provider appears in the first list, follow the steps below to funnel leads into Top Producer CRM. If your provider appears in the second list, follow the steps in the Lead Provider Setup article.
If you want to set up realtor.com®, the setup must be done in the realtor.com® Dashboard. See Receiving Leads from your realtor.com® Account for details.
Using your lead notification address to funnel all leads into Top Producer CRM
All you need to do is log in to your lead vendor site and change your notification email address to the new email address we provide (see step 1 below). Once you complete this simple step, whenever leads inquire about a listing on these sites, a new lead will automatically be created in Top Producer CRM.
Step 1: Copying your new notification email address
Go to Settings > Contacts > My Leads to see the lead notification email address. Copy it so you don’t have to remember it (but it’s just your Top Producer username @myleads.io if you were curious).
Step 2: Setting your lead vendors to use this email address
Next, sign in to your lead vendor and change the lead notification email address. If you copied it in the previous step, paste it (CTRL+V) in the appropriate field.
Click below to see how to do this in Zillow or Trulia.
Trulia- Log in to your Trulia account and go to Manage Profile at the top right of the page (https://www.trulia.com/myprofile/).
- Click Settings at the top right of the page
- Expand the Email Addresses & Facebook section.
- Paste (CTRL+V) or type the new email address into the field.
- Click Add email address.
When you receive a confirmation email from Trulia, click the link from within the email and select your new lead notification email address, then click Update Preferences.
- Log into Zillow at https://www.zillow.com.
- Hover over Agent Hub in the top right and click Inbox.
- On the Inbox screen, click Settings.
- Select Lead Forwarding from the menu on the left.
- Click Edit lead forwarding settings.
- Select Forward indefinitely, then enter the lead notification email address in the Forward to field.
- Click Save.
Your provider isn’t supported, or you want to receive leads from your own web site
If your provider isn’t in this list, or you want to receive leads from your own web site, we have several options for you:
- You can manually enter leads in Top Producer CRM on your desktop (Contacts > Add Lead) or mobile device (tap the Add Lead icon).
- Email your provider request to [email protected]. If we receive enough requests for the same provider, we’ll add it.
- You can update the “Contact me” form on your web site.
How to find these leads in Top Producer CRM, and how to tell where they came from
If you’ve set up lead alerts, we’ll tell you about the lead immediately (via text message, email or both depending on your settings). New leads appear in the Sales Pipeline, where the Source column displays where the lead came from.
