The Closing Parties tab provides a centralized location to record the various parties involved in the sale of the property. This centralized place gives you quick access to the contact information of all the involved closing parties. To see more information on how to add or remove a closing party click here.
Closing parties can be emailed individually or as a group from the Closing Parties tab of the closing record.
Note: If you want to include an email template in your mail out (whether for one closing party or multiple), follow the steps in the “To email multiple closing parties at once” section below.
How to email an individual closing party:
- From the Main Menu bar, go to Listings & Closings and select Closings Summary.
- Click on the closing you would like to open; the closing record will then open.

Click the Closing Parties tab.

From the Closing Parties tab, select the Email icon adjacent to the contact you want to email.
- Compose the email and then click Send Email. A copy of the message you send will be saved in your Inbox Sent Items folder.
How to email multiple closing parties at once:
- From the Main Menu bar, go to Listings & Closings then select Closings Summary.
- Click on the closing you would like to open; the closing record will then open.

Click the Closing Parties tab.

From the Closing Parties tab, click the Email All link at the bottom.

Compose the email and then click Send Email. When you send the message, it will be recorded in the closing’s activity history which can be viewed as a completed activity from the Activities tab.
