In Top Producer CRM, any email which you send to your contacts, whether via mass email or by composing a single message, will appear to come from the email address you have entered in the initial setup wizard. If you wish to change this email address at any time, please follow these steps:
- Log in to Top Producer CRM and go to the My Account section.
- Under the Contact Info header, locate the Agent email address and click to switch to edit mode.
- Enter your new email address.
- Click Save My Info at the bottom of the page to confirm.
The email address you have entered above will now be displayed on all email sent from the program, and when recipients reply to your emails, their replies will be sent to the address you specified.
Log in to change your outgoing email address.
