What information does My Business display?From My Business you can view your call, appointment, listing, closing and to-do activities (tasks). These are activities either created by you or are a result of a plan that you applied.
In addition, if you have a team/partner account, you can view your team members’ calendars and availability and schedule appointments for each other. See the Team Calendar section below.
Marking an activity as high priority displays a visual indicator () when viewing activity lists to remind you that the activity requires your immediate attention.
Yes, in the My Business Calendar view, completed activities appear below the calendar. In the My Business List view, tap the tab once to view incomplete activities. Tap the tab a second time to view completed activities.
From My Business, tap the call activity to display its details, and then tap the Call () icon. Also, when viewing your activity list, you can swipe the activity description and then tap the Call () icon. These options are only available if the contact has a phone number entered in their record.
Immediately after placing a call, you will be prompted to record the touchpoint and schedule a follow-up activity.
No, activities that require a template (for example, letters, envelopes, etc) must be created/edited in the Top Producer CRM desktop application. These activities can be viewed in Top Producer Mobile, but the template you applied will not appear.
No, repeating activities must be created in the Top Producer CRM desktop application. You can edit repeating activities in Top Producer Mobile. However, only the instance you edit will include your changes. All future occurrences will remain unchanged.
Yes, you can view , add , edit or delete an activity note when viewing an activity. Any notes you add can also be viewed from the Notes list and will automatically be linked to the activity and any associated contacts, listings or closings.
When you mark this activity done in Top Producer Mobile, the completion date is automatically set to the date it was marked done. Therefore, the dependent tasks will occur the specified number of days after this activity was marked done.
When you mark a single activity done, the completion date is set to the date the activity was scheduled for. For example, if the activity was scheduled for August 19th, but you marked it done on the 20th, the activity will appear in the Complete section in the August 19th Calendar view. Plan activities are handled differently-see the FAQ above.
From the List view, call, listing, closing and to-do activities for the current day and last 7 days appear, while appointments scheduled for the current day and next 7 days appear.
From the Calendar view, only activities for the current day appear, unless the activity was added in the Top Producer CRM desktop application and you specified how long it should appear in activity lists.
Reminders
What types of reminders can I receive for my appointments?You can receive email reminders for your appointments in Top Producer Mobile. Email reminders are sent to the email address you specified in the My Account area in Top Producer CRM desktop.
When adding or editing an activity, tap the Reminder field to select when you want to receive the reminder, and then select Remind me by email. An email reminder will be sent to the email address you specified in the My Account area in Top Producer CRM desktop.
If you set an email reminder to 30 minutes or less, you will receive a reminder via email 30 minutes before the appointment. For example, if you set a reminder for 5 minutes before an appointment, you will receive the email reminder 30 minutes before the appointment is scheduled. This is to ensure you receive your email reminders on time.
Yes, you can send an email or text message reminder to notify contacts about an upcoming appointment.
- From the My Business List or Calendar view, tap an appointment to view its details.

Tap the Email or SMS icon to send an email or text message reminder to the associated contacts.
- Enter your text message or modify the default email message, if desired.
The associated contact(s) will receive the reminder after you send it.
No, while your birthday reminders will appear in Top Producer Mobile, you must add them from the Top Producer CRM desktop application.
Team Calendar
How do I view my team members' calendars in Top Producer Mobile?From the My Business Calendar view, tap the Team icon. If there are multiple members in your team, tap a team member’s name to display their calendar.
You can view your team members’ calendars if you have a team/partner account. In addition, whether you have a single agent or team/partner account, your assistants can view team members’ calendars if they have been granted access rights in the My Account area in Top Producer CRM desktop.

Yes, while viewing your team member’s calendar, tap on an available time slot to schedule an appointment.
While you can schedule appointments on behalf of your team members (see the FAQ above), team appointments must be created/edited in the Top Producer CRM desktop application. You can view these appointments in Top Producer Mobile, but the team attendees will not appear.
Yes, while viewing your team member’s calendar, tap an existing appointment to edit, delete or mark the activity complete.
Yes, you can only view one team member’s calendar at a time. However, if there are multiple members in your team, you can display your entire team’s availability. To do this, from the My Business Calendar view, tap the Team icon, and then tap Open time slots.

Listing/Closing Activities
Why aren't my listing/closing appointments and calls appearing on the Listing and Closing tabs in the My Business List view?Only listing/closing to-do activities appear on these tabs. Calls and appointments associated with a listing/closing appear on the Call and Appointment tabs.
The option to hide a listing or closing’s activities from your activity lists is likely selected in the Top Producer CRM desktop application. To confirm this, open the listing/closing record in the Top Producer CRM desktop application, and then click the Activities tab. If this option is selected in the bottom right, clear it to display the listing/closing activities in the My Business area in Top Producer Mobile.
Yes, when adding/editing an activity that is linked to a listing/closing, tap Adjust with and then select the listing/closing date you want the activity date to be dependent on. If you change this date in the Top Producer CRM desktop application, the activity date will automatically change too.
No, the activity date will automatically adjust when future changes are made to the associated listing/closing date in the Top Producer CRM desktop application.
For example, you add a listing in the Top Producer CRM desktop application with a listing date of December 1st. You then add an activity to occur one day after the listing date (December 2nd) and set the activity date to automatically adjust to the listing date. When you change the listing date to December 10th in the Top Producer CRM desktop application, the associated activity date will change to December 11th (one day after the listing date).
No, a service activity is not created when you mark a listing/closing activity done in Top Producer Mobile. If you want to include an activity in a service report, you can mark it done from the Top Producer CRM desktop application.
