Using the “swipe” shortcut
When viewing the Contacts, Sales Pipeline, My Business, Notes and Properties lists, swipe the contact’s name, activity description, note or property address to perform various functions (see example below).

Swipe the contact’s name from left to right.

Choose from the available options that appear. In this example, you can add an activity, call/email the contact, or add a note.
Tip: You can also swipe through lists in Top Producer Mobile. When viewing a contact, activity, listing or closing record, swipe from left to right to view the next record in the list.
Icons
When viewing a page, tap the available icons to perform specific functions.
