Top Producer Mobile: Email, Text Messages and Phone Calls

Phone Calls and Email

You can make a call or send an email from many areas in Top Producer Mobile by tapping the number/email address or appropriate icons ( / ). Immediately following the call/email, you will be prompted to wrap it up by recording the touchpoint and scheduling a follow-up activity.

You can quickly make a call or send an email from the Contacts list:

1. Swipe the contact’s name from left to right.
2. Tap the Phone or Email icon.

Text Messages (SMS)

You can send a text message after you have entered a mobile number for the contact. Immediately after sending the text message, you will be prompted to wrap it up by recording the touchpoint and scheduling a follow-up activity.

From the Contacts list, tap the contact and then tap the SMS  icon.

Log in to call, email and text.
