Mass Updating Plan Activities

You can update multiple activities within an Action, Listing or Closing Plan. Modify drop-off, weekend activity and priority settings, activity assignment, and whether emails are automatically sent and include signatures.

To mass update plan activities:

  1. Open the Plans Manager screen. How?triangle.gif

  2. Click the Personal tab, and then use the Show drop-down list to locate your personal plan.

  3. Click the plan name to view the activities within that plan.

  4. Click the Plan Activities tab.

  5. Select the check boxes beside the activities, or select the check box in the header to select all activities.

  6. Click the Mass Update Plan Settings link.

  7. Specify the activity settings you want to change. More Info:triangle.gif

    Note: Only specify values for those items you want to change. Items left unchanged are not updated.

  8. Click Update Plan Settings when finished.
