The Lead Info Tab

The Lead Info tab centralizes the lead-related information contained within a contact record. In the case of web-based or automatically assigned leads, some or all of the Lead Info tab is automatically populated by incoming lead information.

Source

The Lead Source, Sub Source and Other Source can be used to define Auto Apply Plan Rules for incoming leads.

Urgency

The urgency settings are for your personal use only and are not displayed or used by other parts of the Top Producer system.

Assigned To

Member of team accounts will be able to reassign leads to other members, assuming that they have access rights to perform such a function.

Click View Assigned Leads to view the number of leads assigned to each agent, and the agent's preferred contact method.

Lead Qualification

Ready to Transact

The date range that best describes when the lead will buy or sell their home. This value, along with the Interest Level, helps 8i determine the Lead Quality.

The Set on field displays when the Ready to Transact value was originally set.

The Transaction Dates displays the dates when the lead will likely buy or sell their home. More Info:triangle.gif

Interest Level

Select how enthusiastic the lead is about buying or selling their home. This value, along with the Ready to Transact value, helps 8i determine the Lead Quality.

Financing Approved

Select whether the lead's financing has been accepted.

Buyer Preferences

 

Fields available: Price Range (From > To), House Style, Area of Interest, Square Footage, # of Bedrooms, # of Bathrooms, Parking, Features, Amenities, Distance to School and Additional Requests.

These fields will often be auto-populated by incoming web leads. The property defined by these leads can be used to design MLS searches or hotsheets.
