Properties can be added to a Contact Record from the Properties tab of the Contact Record.
To add a new property:
Open the Properties
tab of the Contact
Record. How?
Click the Add Property action link.
Complete the fields of the Add Property form, noting the effect of the following fields:
Type of Property: Selecting "Primary" will automatically change the current "primary" property to "investment".
Make this a mailing address: Selecting the Yes radio button will show this property in the Contacts look-up whenever you are creating correspondence for this contact.

The method you use to save the property is determined by what you want to do next:
If you are finished entering property information for now, click the Add Property button to display the Properties tab.
To save the property and round out the property's record with photos and additional details, click the Add & View Property Details button. The Property details tab appears.
