The Published Materials Tab

The Published Materials tab contains the setting for controlling the automatic deletion of published materials from your 8i account. This allows you to expire old presentations and flyers off of your account so that you always have memory space available for storing your new presentations and flyers.

Automatic Delete Setting	Automatically Delete Materials after	The settings allow you to define a unit of time (days, weeks, months) and then define how many of the defined unit should pass before a published presentation or flyer is deleted from the system.
