Whenever you email a presentation or flyer to a contact, you are also automatically creating a PDF version of it and publishing this marketing piece to the web, the URL of which can be found in your Marketing Link Library and the published item listed in the Published Materials Summary Screen.
You are performing the same act when you select the Publish as a URL Link or Re-publish options from within the Presentation or Flyers features. The published materials are stored within your Top Producer account in the Published Materials feature.
Your Top Producer 8i subscription comes with a specific amount of space for storing published flyers, presentations, and service reports; the amount of space currently used and the remaining space available can be viewed from the Published Materials screen. When your space is full, you will need to delete existing materials before you can create new ones. To prevent this from becoming a problem, define automatic delete settings to remove published materials once they have reached a certain age.
