Setting Published Materials Deletion Settings

The automatic delete setting enables you to expire old published materials (such as presentations, flyers and service reports) from your account so that you always have memory space available for storing your new web published presentations, flyers, and service reports.

To define your automatic delete settings:

  1. Open the Published Materials subtab. How?triangle.gif

  2. Click the Edit Published Materials button.

  3. Define the period (whole numbers only) and the period type (Days, Weeks, Months).

    The [Automatic Deletion Period] defines how long your flyers, presentations, and service reports remain published, after which they will be expired off the system.
