The Add/Edit Assistant Form

The Add/Edit Assistant form allows you to define or edit the settings for assistants in your account. Licensing must already be in place for assistants before they can be added.

My Account	From the Team Members Tab, click the Assistants subtab and then click either click on an existing assistant's row or click the Add Assistant link.

Name Details and Login Information	Name	The assistant's name.
	Designation	Open the Designation drop-down list and select the designation you want to appear. To add new designations to the list, open the list and click the Modify link, then click the Add link and enter the new value. To delete designations from the list, open the list and click the Modify link, then click the Delete icon link and enter the new value.
	Username	If you are a shared assistant on a broker account, all of the available agent accounts will appear in a drop-down list.
	Password, Confirm Password	Assistants can change their passwords after their first login.
	Default Agent	The default value is the Responsible Agent's name. The assistant can change this value from their My Info tab.
Contact Info	Phone Numbers	Fields available: Home, Mobile, Pager
Contact Info	Email	The assistant's email address.
Assign Licenses and Feature Access	Give this assistant access to Agent Calendar	Should the assistant have access to the agents's calendar information?
	Give this assistant access to [licenses_available]	A line item for every available license will appear here. The licenses must be purchased before they will be available from this screen.
	Give this assistant access to create an email mailbox	Will allow the assistant to send and receive mail without going through the identity of their agent.
Data Export and Deletion Security Settings	Allow this assistant to export data from Top Producer 8i	Will allow the assistant to export contact information (including all associated properties), listings, closings, referrals and leads.
Data Export and Deletion Security Settings	Allow this assistant to delete data from Top Producer 8i	Will allow the assistant to delete contact information (including all associated properties), listings, closings, referrals and leads. The assistant will be able to delete activities regardless of this setting.
