Unlike the other templates used in Top Producer 8i, Presentation and Flyer templates aren't used by the Activities feature of the Calendar to produce finished materials. Instead, the Flyer templates and the Presentation (CMA, HMR, Buyer, and Community) templates are used right within the Marketing feature to create, edit, publish, and send completed flyers and presentations. Top Producer 8i provides a wide range of professional templates for use in the creation of presentations and flyers. The Presentation Library and the Flyer Library are the central storage areas for all of their templates in addition to the starting point for actions taken on the templates, such as creating/renaming/deleting personal copies, previewing templates, and creating categories to aid in the management of your libraries.
