Re-authorize your Microsoft account by September 30, 2022 to continue using the Top Producer® X Calendar Sync, Contact Sync, and Email Integration.

Important: If you have a Microsoft account (i.e. Outlook, Office 365, etc.) connected to Top Producer® X, please delete and reauthorize your account by Friday, September 30th in your Settings in order to continue syncing your contacts, calendar, and email.

Recently, Microsoft updated how their accounts are authenticated by 3rd party applications like Top Producer®. After September 30th, the following features must be using their new authentication method to continue functioning:

  • Calendar Sync
  • Contact Sync
  • Email Integration

Note: If you have a non-Microsoft account (i.e. Gmail, iCloud, etc.) connected to your Top Producer® X, this change does not apply to you.

How do I delete and re-authorize my Microsoft account?

  1. Login to your Top Producer® X CRM, and click Settings (bottom-left OR click your picture at the top-right). We will need to check all three settings to delete any Microsoft account that’s already connected.

  2. Click the Calendar Sync tab.

  3. To the far right of your connected Microsoft account email address, click the Trash Can icon.

    • If you do not have a connected Microsoft account in your Calendar Sync tab, you can skip to Step 6.
  4. Click the Delete button to confirm you’re sure you want to delete the calendar sync for this account.

  5. Once you’ve confirmed to delete the account, it will reset the Calendar Sync settings page and it will bring you back to Step 1 of the configuration process. We will come back to this page later.

  6. Next, click the Contact Sync tab.

  7. On the Contact Sync tab, to the far right of your connected Microsoft account email address, click the Trash Can icon.

    • If you do not have a connected Microsoft account in your Contact Sync tab, you can skip to Step 10.

  16. Next, click the Contact Sync tab.

  17. Please re-enter your email address in the Email text box, then click the Authorize button.
