Top Producer^® 8i CRM: Receiving Leads from TextMyMLS

TextMyMLS allows consumers to send a text message containing a unique code for the listing they are interested in, and agents will receive the consumer as a lead. If you subscribe to TextMyMLS, you can configure Top Producer CRM to receive leads from that service.

To configure TextMyMLS to send leads to Top Producer CRM:

1. Log in to your TextMyMLS Account.

   

2. Click My Profile.

   

3. Place a check next to Enable TopProducer Integration.

   

4. Click Save.

To configure Top Producer CRM to receive leads from TextMyMLS:

1. In Top Producer CRM, click on the Account Menu in the top right corner, then click Settings.

   

2. Click the Contacts tab, and then click the My Leads sub-tab.
3. In the Lead Provider Setup section, click Add Lead Provider.

4. In the Lead Provider Name pull-down list, select TextMyMLS.

   

5. The URL will be automatically provided for you. Enter your TextMyMLS username and password.
6. If you have more than one Agent license associated with your Top Producer account, use the Account Created for pull-down to select the Agent that will be receiving these leads.
7. Click Add Lead Provider.

From now on, all leads received through TextMyMLS will be received in Top Producer CRM as a contact record.

Log in to receive leads from TextMyMLS.
