Some users may be experiencing errors in Top Producer X. These may include ‘database.error’ or ‘request failed with status code 401’ Some users have reported that signing out of Top Producer X, then signing in again has resolved this issue. This can be done by clicking on your image or the placeholder image in the upper right corner and choosing Sign out. After signing back in from the sign in screen, if this does not resolve the issue, please reach out to us at support.topproducer.com and click on the chat option for assistance.
