SUPPORT HOURS
Customer Care is available Monday through Thursday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM PST, and Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM PST

Special Holiday Hours are in effect:

December 24, 2024 – phone lines and chat will be unavailable starting at 12:30PM PST
December 25 , 2024- phone lines and chat will be unavailable due to the Christmas holiday.
December 26 , 2024- phone lines will remain unavailable; chat will be open from 7:30AM PST to 4:00PM PST

SERVICE OUTAGES

Some users may be experiencing errors in Top Producer X. These may include ‘database.error’ or ‘request failed with status code 401’ 

Some users have reported that signing out of Top Producer X, then signing in again has resolved this issue.

This can be done by clicking on your image or the placeholder image in the upper right corner and choosing Sign out. After signing back in from the sign in screen, if this does not resolve the issue, please reach out to us at support.topproducer.com and click on the chat option for assistance.
