Setting Automatic Delete Settings

The automatic delete setting enables you to expire old presentations and flyers off of your account so that you always have memory space available for storing your new presentations and flyers.

To define your automatic delete settings:

1. Open the Published Materials subtab. How?

   1. From the [User name] menu in the top right, select Settings. Example:

      

   2. Click the Marketing tab.

   3. Click the Published Materials subtab.

2. Click the Edit Published Materials Settings button.

3. Define the Period (whole numbers only) and the Period Type (Days, Weeks, Months).

   The [Period] defines the age in [Period Types] that a flyer or presentation can reach before it is expired off the system.

4. Click the Save Published Materials Settings button
