Downloading the Online Software Conversion Wizard

Before you can convert your Online Software into Top Producer 8i, you need to download the conversion utility.

To download the Online Software Conversion Wizard:

1. Open the Contacts Setup subtab. How?

   1. From the [User name] menu in the top right, select Settings. Example:

      

   2. Click the Contacts tab.

   3. Click the Contacts Setup subtab.

2. Click the Top Producer - Online Software Conversion Tool link.

The Top Producer Online Software Conversion Tool dialog box opens.

3. Click OK.

   The File Download pop-up window opens.

4. Click Save to save the file to your hard drive. Select the Desktop icon on the left side of the Save As dialog box, and then click Save.

   Note:  You can also choose to Run the file if that option is available to you.
