Downloading the Data Conversion Wizard

Before you can convert your Top Producer 6i desktop data, you need to download the 8i data conversion utility.

To download the Data Conversion tool:

1. Open the Contacts Setup subtab. How?

   1. From the [User name] menu in the top right, select Settings. Example:

      

   2. Click the Contacts tab.

   3. Click the Contacts Setup subtab.

2. Click the Top Producer 6i Data Conversion Tool link.

   The Top Producer 6i Data Conversion Tool dialog box opens.

3. Click OK.

   The File Download pop-up window opens.

4. Click Save to save the file to your hard drive. Select the Desktop icon on the left side of the Save As dialog box, and then click Save.

   Note:  You can also choose to Run the file if that option is available to you.
