Contact Reports

The following table defines the full range of contact reports available in Top Producer 8i, a description of each report, and the locations from which the report can be produced.

Short Phone & Address List	The Contacts Landing Screen The Contacts Summary Screen The Contact Record The Search for Contacts Screen	A report which displays the name, address, and primary contact information for every selected contact.
Full Phone & Address List	As above.	A report which displays the name, address and complete contact information for every selected contact.
Summary of Contacts	As above.	A report which displays the name, full address, complete contact information, contact types and any notes for every selected contact.
Contact Status	As above.	A report that displays contact information (phone number and email address) and the statuses that identify where your sales opportunities are in the lead lifecycle.
Subscribed / Unsubscribed	The Contacts Landing Screen The Contacts Summary Screen The Search for Contacts Screen	A report which displays the names and email addresses of contacts who are subscribed to receive marketing material, as well as those who are Unsubscribed (in which case, the date they were unsubscribed is included).
Detailed Contact Report	The Contacts Landing Screen The Contacts Summary Screen The Contact Record The Search for Contacts Screen	A detailed contact report containing the primary address and details, contact type and status, contact numbers and any notes. In addition, present/future home information and property statistics are included. It does not include information about investment or other properties (which can be generated as a separate report).
Investment Property Report	The Contacts Landing Screen The Contacts Summary Screen The Contact Record The Search for Contacts Screen	A detailed report containing the investment property and details, contact numbers, and any notes for that property . It does not include information concerning primary or other properties (which can be generated as a separate report).
Other Property Report	The Contacts Landing Screen The Contacts Summary Screen The Contact Record The Search for Contacts Screen	A detailed report containing the other property address, contact numbers, and any notes for that property. It does not include information concerning primary or investment properties (which can be generated as a separate report).
Contact History Report	The Contacts Landing Screen The Contacts Summary Screen The Contact Record The Search for Contacts Screen	A report that displays a breakdown (by activity type) of the completed activities, as well as a list of the completed activities themselves.
Incomplete Activity Report	The Contact Record	A detailed report of all incomplete activities for the selected contact.
Notes Report	The Contact Record	A detailed report of every note associated with the contact record.
