Defining a Top Connector Data Service

Before you can download comparable data from your Multiple Listing Service (MLS) into a Top Producer presentation, you must first set up a Top Connector connection to the MLS.

To set up a Top Connector connection to an MLS:

1. Open the 3rd Party Setup subtab. How?

   1. From the [User name] menu in the top right, select Settings. Example:

      

   2. Click the General tab.

   3. Click the 3rd Party Setup subtab.

2. Click the MLS you want to configure in the MLS Connectivity Setup section.

3. Specify your User Login/ID and/or MLS Password.

4. Indicate whether or not the current MLS should be the default MLS used for listings searches .

5. Select the default property type you want pre-selected when you search by this MLS.

6. Click the Save MLS button to save your changes and close the in-line control.
