In the same manner that plans allow you to assign a group of activities to a record as a single set, they also allow you to remove any incomplete activities associated with a plan as a single set.
Tip: This topic tells you how
to remove any plan from a record. However, if working with action plans,
you can also remove a plan from the Applied
Contacts tab by clicking the Remove
Applied Plan
icon.
To remove a plan:
Open the record
you want to work with. How?
From the specific detailed record screen (e.g. the Contact Record), click the Activities tab.
Click the Select Plans action link.
Clear the check box for the plan you want to remove from the record.
Click the Save button.
The activities from each removed plan are reflected in the Activities tab.
