In Top Producer 8i, a flyer is "published" by creating a PDF version of it and publishing it to the web so that it can be accessed by your contacts. A published flyer is also added as a Marketing Link to your Marketing Link Library.
The Marketing Link can be created automatically when emailing the flyer to a contact, or created manually by selecting the Publish as URL Link or Re-publish links from the flyer's View Flyer screen. You can also preview and print a flyer, but the flyer is not considered to be "published" until a link to it exists in the Marketing Link Library.
