Using the Insert Merge Code Inline

The Insert Merge Code inline can be used for inserting system merge codes into templates and email messages.

To insert a merge code:

  1. Open the Edit Personal Copy screen. How?triangle.gif

  2. For presentation templates, click Edit Page. Otherwise, proceed to step 3.

  3. Click Insert Merge Code.

  4. Select the Type radio button for the merge code your want to insert: text or picture.

  5. Select from the Category drop-down list, or leave it set as "all".

  6. Select from the Merge code drop-down list and click the Insert merge code button.

  7. Note: If inserting the MLS Disclaimer merge code, a disclaimer only appears if your MLS has provided one and your presentation contains comparables that you imported from your MLS. Otherwise, nothing appears where this merge code is inserted.
