The Sales Pipeline portlet on the Dashboard displays new leads you enter and those received from your lead providers. Your leads are organized by statuses that determine where they are in the lead lifecycle. There are four lists available—New, Engage, Active and Closed.
Leads remain on these lists until you decide when they are ready to move to the next stage and change their status. For more information on the statuses and when to assign new statuses, see the Tracking the Lead Lifecycle Using Statuses article.
To access the Sales Pipeline on the Dashboard:
From the Main Menu bar, click the Home icon.
The Sales Pipeline portlet appears in the main application area.
Tip: You can set
the default tab that appears each time the Sales
Pipeline is opened. By default, the New
tab appears each time you access the Dashboard.
