While you can schedule a call activity from the Activities Summary screen of the Calendar feature, you can also quickly schedule the next call date for a contact directly from their record. Once scheduled, the call will appear on the record's Summary tab, and on the Activities Summary screen reminding you to perform it.
To schedule the next call date:
Open the record
you want to work with. How?
Click the Summary tab.
From the Next
Call/Appointment section on the right, click the Add
Call icon.
Enter the call's
details. More Info:
Click Save Call to return to the contact record, or Save & View Call to enter additional details on the Activity Details screen.
The call activity is created. The call appears on the record's Summary tab, and on the Activities Summary screen reminding you to perform it.
