While you can schedule an appointment from the Activities Summary screen of the Calendar feature, you can also quickly schedule an appointment for a contact or lead directly from within their record. Once scheduled, the appointment will appear on the record's Summary tab, and on the Activities Summary screen reminding you to perform it.
To schedule the next appointment:
Open the record
you want to work with. How?
Click the Summary tab.
From the
Next Call/Appointment section
on the right, click the Add
Appointment icon.
Enter the appointment's
details. More Info:
Click Save Appointment to return to the contact record, or Save & View Appointment to enter additional details on the Activity Details screen.
The appointment is created. The appointment appears on the record's Summary tab, and on the Activities Summary screen reminding you to perform it.
