The Calendar Settings Tab

The Calendar Settings tab contains two subtabs that let you specify settings for both the Calendar and the Activities Summary screens. From the Calendar Settings tab you can specify the default calendar view, work day duration, how time intervals are displayed and time zone settings. From the Activities Settings tab you can specify the activity date range you want displayed when the Activities Summary screen is accessed.

SUBTAB	Fields	COMMENTS
Calendar Settings	Default Calendar Display	The selection you make here will determine the view displayed when you enter the Calendar screen.
	Work Day	The hours that define your workday (start and end times).
	View times in intervals of	Increase or decrease the time interval that's displayed in your Calendar by selecting an option from the drop-down list.
	Time Zone	This setting will prevent the time zone setting of whatever computer you are currently using from affecting your 8i appointments or activities.
Activities Settings	All Activities Display	This settings determines the date range of activities that are displayed when the Activities Summary screen is initially opened. The longer the date range, the longer it will take to load the screen each time you access it.
