The Add Presentation Comparable screen enables you to add manual comparables to your CMA, HMR, and Buyer presentations. The Add Presentation Comparable screen will appear as a part of the Presentation Wizard for users without Top Connector, but is also available from a number of locations within Top Producer 8i for all users.

To add a photo for a manual comparable, click the Browse button and navigate to the location of picture on your local computer. Select the picture and click the Open button. Click the Add Photo button to add the picture to 8i. |

Calculated by taking either the listing price or the sale price and add/subtracting the value of the adjustments. |

Add adjustments by clicking the Adjustments link and either selecting a common adjustment from the drop-down list or creating a custom adjustment just for the current listing. To create negative adjustments, put a minus sign (-) in front of the adjustment's dollar value. |
