If you have a Top Marketer license, you can view a detailed history of a contact's Market Snapshot and Newsletter events (including the date and time of each) from the Notifications tab.
You can view the number of snapshots that have been requested/sent/viewed, any changes to their subscription schedule (including who requested the change) and more. Newsletter details include when a contact has subscribed to a newsletter or viewed it, and any changes to their subscription status (including who requested the change).
The Notifications tab is only visible for those contacts that have any recent Market Snapshot or Newsletter activity.
